Dhaval Electromech Industries was founded in 1996 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, as a design and manufacturing house dedicated to R.F. and microwave components. The operation grew from a single precision lathe to a multi-unit facility covering procurement, production, quality testing, and packaging — each stage overseen by technicians trained in high-reliability electronics.
Our leadership includes former ISRO professionals whose careers were spent validating components under the unforgiving conditions of orbital and defense systems. That background defines how we build today: every flange, every waveguide bend, every connector is finished, tested, and documented as though it will fly.

Precision lathes and 3-to-5-axis mills producing connector bodies, flanges, and waveguide housings in brass, aluminum, stainless, and copper alloys to ±0.01 mm tolerances.
In-house VSWR, insertion loss, and dimensional inspection. Every lot leaves with a measurement report against the controlling drawing.
